Our Investment Process

Intro Call (30 minutes)

A brief initial call to connect, understand your business at a

Management Discussion and Initial Offer (1 week)

Nitish Jindal

Nitish is a dedicated entrepreneur focused on finding and driving
operational excellence of a small to medium-sized business. Born and
raised in Dallas, his upbringing was shaped by frequent moves, fostering
adaptability, creativity, and an open mindset.


Nitish attended Princeton University, where he earned a B.S.E. in
Operations Research and Financial Engineering. During his time at
Princeton, he co-ran a collegiate business and founded a microfinance
nonprofit, experiences that sparked his passion for building businesses
and creating community impact. After college, Nitish began his career in
investment banking at Houlihan Lokey in New York City in their software group before transitioning to private equity at Charlesbank Capital Partners in Boston in their technology group, where he developed a deep understanding of software businesses. He is currently pursuing an MBA at the Wharton School, with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

Nitish takes a methodical approach to improving businesses, prioritizing
growth and operational efficiency. His mission is to partner with founders
to help them scale their businesses and grow their legacies.


Beyond his professional life, Nitish is passionate about tennis, having
played competitively growing up, and is an accomplished percussionist,
having performed at Carnegie Hall and internationally at prestigious
venues across six countries. He also trained in dance in Los Angeles and
was part of a college hip-hop group. An avid traveler, he has explored
over 40 countries and remains a loyal supporter of the Dallas Cowboys.

Ryan is a dedicated entrepreneur focused on finding and driving
operational excellence of a small to medium-sized business. Born and
raised in Dallas, Texas, Ryan was instilled with a relentless work ethic,
curiosity, and a love for problem-solving from an early age.


Ryan attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he double
majored in the Business Honors Program and Mathematics. As a Forty
Acres Scholar, he found a passion in investing in and advising student-run
startups through the Genesis Program, UT’s student venture fund. He is
currently a Moelis Fellow at the Wharton School of Business, pursuing an
MBA with a double major in finance and entrepreneurship.


Professionally, Ryan started his career at Oliver Wyman, where he
advised software and private equity businesses on financial and
operational due diligence, as well as value creation initiatives across
sales, customer success, and HR. He then joined Tritium Partners,
focusing on growth-oriented, lower-middle market software and tech-
enabled businesses. In this role, he played a key part in developing 100-
day post-closing value creation plans, implementing go-to-market sales
strategies, and overseeing budgeting, reporting, and M&A opportunities

Ryan’s mission is to help businesses reach their full potential. He enjoys
working alongside founders to improve operations, drive sustainable
growth, and expand their market presence.


Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors, playing golf and
tennis, diving into strategy games, and cheering for his favorite Dallas
sports teams. He also loves spending quality time with his fiancee and
family.
